Japanese Karate
(ages 8 to 17, no adults)
If you are looking for a good Boxing program, our Olympic-Style program will provide it. A typical good workout includes calisthenics, strength and agility as well as intense endurance training. All members choose to participate in competition for Medals, Trophies and Championship Belts. Students are taught that any boxing outside of the gym will result in disciplinary actions, because they have nothing to prove outside of the ring.

Ages 6-18
The Karate program meets three nights a week at the PAL building. The program is coordinated by Shihan Rich Wilson (7th degree black belt), along with Shihan Kathy Fabrey (9th degree black belt), and Shihan Joeseph Fabrey (7th degree black belt). Participants learn the basics of karate and have the opportunity to move on for more advanced instruction.
